Back In The Day
It’s hard to believe how long it’s been since I came across this cartoon I drew back in (yeah, never mind). I decided I’d be pulling out of cold storage not only a mountain of illustrations I’ve done over the years, but…better still…I’d dust off all my cartooning supplies.
I haven’t drawn anything in years. Years. It just got to where I no longer enjoyed it because it had attached to it some client’s deadline—and a brand of constraint I never liked. That is, having to accommodate someone else’s desire.
When I came across these boxes of cartoons, it was like seeing old friends. I think it’s time to start enjoying this again.

Just add my name to that pic!
I still have a framed Todd Original that you gave to my Dad when you moved to Colorado. It’s flight attendants saying some ditzy comment. I still have some cartoons of me that you drew too. Ah memories…xoxox-p
You’re a talented man. And funny. And moody. And sharp-tongued. And great. It’s unbeliavable. And never stop to amaze me. Really.
